Minneapolis Goju-Kai Karate-Do, Minnesota is under the direction of Shihan John Linhoff, 5th degree black belt. Shihan Linhoff has been teaching Goju-Kai Karate-Do for over 50 years. The dojo is operated not-for-profit, and our only goal is to provide quality, traditional instruction. Student aged 14 and up of all skill levels are encouraged to join.
